Im going to my first ever OTB tournament in a weeks time

Play some classical games with 25+0 time control... It would help as you are going to play with the same time control..
Ask arbiters if u didn't understand any of the rule before the first game

Be fresh and try to be calm and composed throughout.
Don't play or experiment with new openings. Stick to the opening you play with ease. Revise your opening couple of times before tournament.
Don't panic when you blunder, as your behaviour would be noticed by opponent, rather try to calm yourself.
Also, pay attention to opponent's behaviour as well and if your opponent gets tensed or worried then better look why in the position and take time at that moment as probably your opponent might have blundered.
The officials provide scoresheet. Better use it and write moves played from both sides to analyse the game later.
After the conclusion of game, it's nice to say 'Congratulations' to opoonent if you lose and 'Well Played' if you won.
All the best!
Be prepared to be beaten by children 7-9 years old. Children are like monsters in chess today.

Never underestimate anyone, whatever their age, sex, looks, dressing style, profession etc. Arrogance is the source of defeat.

Expect to lose like... everything, but be mentally set on not letting that discourage you. Use the losses to identify your weaknesses and prepare your training for the next tournament. In chess, everyone loses in the beginning. The winners are the ones who persist.

Good luck.
I looked at your classical games on Lichess. You've played 8 (all other games are faster than 20min). Most of these slower games you are playing too fast imo, and in some of them you blunder after taking little time to make the move, so i think that might be the main thing to pay attention to during your tournament. Force yourself to think for some minimum amount of time for each move, and include a blunder check when you decide your best move.

Here is a nice little summary from CM Azel Chua at Advice Cabinet on how to slow down when you play slower time controls:

But above all i think you should try to have fun and not be too hard on yourself. Treat it as a learning experience. Wishing you luck!
