Pure evidence of sandbagging by the player prior to the u1600 blitz tournament. Several straight games before the tournament started were resigned after 2-3 moves to get the rating lower.

Seems to be a new account as well - not even a day old.
There is clear evidence of him having played a few games just to stabilize his rating and then going for the U1600 tourney.
Just too bad people can get away with this.......
He is still sandbagging right now. Why people do this is beyond me
what is the meaning of sandbagging ? I was suppose until now that it means someone who has a higher rated player plays instead of a lower rated player.. that shows I'm absolutely a beginner I guess
