Problem with timer

3 of my last games that I played landed up in a timeout. Is this a bug?

The games were supposed to be 1/0 yet, on my very second move, I get a timeout message and I lose. Can this be looked upon?

This just happened to me; I came to this forum about to post the same thing

Me too, my three last games I lost by time in my second move, but I have 5 minutes yet!

Okay I just noticed that this only happens if you are white. Somehow the white players time is reset to 0 as soon as black makes the first move. Since so many people are complaining, I am pretty sure, its a bug. Hopefully the mods will get to this shortly.
