What do you drink before tough games?

When I have to play solid players who wait for me to blunder I drink coca cola, my brain remains too vigilant and I have strong nerves.

It became a problem a little bit because now I find it hard to quit coca cola and I drink it every day, nevertheless I enjoy it and it helps me to play better.

Do you have any favorite drink that empowers your brain during chess?
Water, although I haven't played much OTB. I might have something like apple juice when I start playing OTB chess.
2 glass of water 2 hours before. 1 glasses a half hour before.

some kind of sugarfree caffeine as the game starts. make sure to use bathroom right before the match starts.

I also like to have a glass of water sitting at my table too.

Magnus drinks OJ or use to :)
Nakamura use to drink Red bull and it work fine.
I don't remember Naka to ever drink Red bull, it always seemed like pure advertisement contract terms for him to have a can beside him. Drinking any kind of energy drinks is generally bad long term I believe, and numerous GMs seem to confirm it.
I drink water and eat some candy during the match
I drink ejaculate because of its proteins. I also makes skin smooth and soft.
I always have a mug of black, dark-roast coffee, brewed in a french press (before, during, and afterwards). Nothing else will do. It is my elixir of life.
