I cannot create unlimited time rating game . whenever i want to create time control is shown up .

Unlimited rated games were disabled as they were abused. Basically > Make two moves > Wait until opponent leaves > Force resignation.
Because you can only create unlimited games in casual games.
You can create unlimited rated games with the "Play with a friend" button.
can you please tell me how to use play with friend button
by clicking on it.
