I was waiting for this! Thanks lichess ❤! Just one thing as #11 said, in a private race it starts to countdown when only 2 players are there and if someone is a bit late they cannot join. If you can add something with which the host can control when the race will start.

"Puzzle Race" sounds better (at least from my POV).
Take of the car like structures instead put colourful vertical bars, this way I think it would be neat.
