"libre" has nothing to do with ad free, or unlimited stuff. it is about libre software, see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_software
libre/free has the same meaning there as in "free speech", not as in "free beer".

edit: that is to say, indirectly of course it does have to do with the other stuff, but it is not the main point.
